      Step 1: Set up the FPV Camera

      Follow the instructions in the manual or the app's 3D guide. Assemble the structural parts as directed, then connect the camera to the controller with the cable.

      Step 2: Power On & Connect

      Power on your Rocky vehicle. Then, open the Whalebot app, connect to Rocky via Bluetooth, and navigate to the Remote Control section.

      Step 3: Start FPV Control

      Tap Rocky FPV to begin. You can now control Rocky and watch the live first-person video feed.

        FAQ – Addressing Key Concerns

        1. Does the camera need separate batteries?

        No. It draws power directly from Rocky’s controller.
        2. Do I need to connect it to my home Wi-Fi?

        No. The camera creates its own direct Wi-Fi signal for video. Your phone uses Bluetooth for control and Wi-Fi only for the video stream.
        3. Is there noticeable lag?

        Lag is minimal within 10 meters. If you experience delay, simply re-pair Bluetooth and reconnect the camera Wi-Fi.
        4. Will this work with other WhalesBot robots?

        This kit is mechanically and electrically designed only for Rocky. Compatibility with other models is not guaranteed.
