The robot is not moving after receiving commands. What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1.Check if the motor is working properly
After turning on the power, observe whether the motor makes any movement or sound. If there's no response, the motor may not be connected correctly or could be malfunctioning.

2.Check the power status
Make sure the controller is charged, the battery level is sufficient, and the power switch is turned on.

3.Check if the program is correct
Confirm that your program includes movement-related commands and that the logic is correct. You can try running a built-in sample program for testing.

4.Check if the robot structure affects movement
Ensure that the motor is securely connected to the structural parts and that no blocks are jamming the movement.

5.Try changing the connection port
You can try plugging the motor cable into a different port on the controller, in case the original port is faulty or has a loose connection.

6.Restart the controller or reconnect the components
If none of the above works, turn off the power, reconnect the motor, and restart the controller before re-uploading the program.
